Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange based on your preference. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
